Rickstarr Ferragamo Powerball Scam

The Rickstarr Ferragamo Powerball scam has been circulating on Facebook. Rickstarr Ferragamo is an amateur filmmaker who has published various posts on Facebook claiming that he won the Powerball. His posts claim that he will pick 10 random people who share his posts with photo $10,000 each.

The image posted by Rickstarr Ferragamo on Facebook is fake. It is an edited image of the winning numbers. Rickstarr Ferragamo is not the Powerball winner. Rickstarr Ferragamo lives in New York. The 3 winning tickets are not from New York. The 3 winning tickets are from California, Tennessee, and Florida.

Rickstarr Ferragamo is attempting to trick unsuspecting Facebook users in order to gather Facebook likes and shares. This is simply an unethical marketing tactic by Rickstarr Ferragamo.

This hoax has also been published by a satire web publication called dailymediabuzz.com. DailyMediaBuzz is a satire website that publishes fake and misleading content in order to dupe visitors and acquire revenue through advertisements and impressions created by website visitors. The website also has an article titled exactly “Donald Trump Spends $572,432,213 On Buying Every Possible PowerBall Jackpot Calls It An Invesment” with typos and all.
